What HashIQ is, and is not

Scores, verdicts and calls are estimates computed from public data. They are not advice and not a promise of sales.

Every call and its outcome, hit or miss, stays on the record, and how they are computed is in the methodology. What you post, sell or spend is your decision.

Plans and payment

  • Prices are on the pricing page, in US dollars before tax. Checkout adds sales tax, VAT or GST where your country charges it.
  • A subscription is charged the day it starts, then renews each month or year until you cancel. There is no free trial.
  • You can cancel any day from your account page, and you choose: keep the plan to the end of the period, or end it now and get the unused days back.
  • A pass is paid once and does not renew. API credits do not expire.
  • Payments are taken by Stripe as the merchant of record. Your invoice comes from Stripe.

Fair use

  • Use the API and the MCP server within your credits. Read the site through them, not with a scraper.
  • Do not republish the data in bulk, and do not resell access to your account.
  • Do not try to break the service, get around its limits or reach other people's accounts.

We may suspend an account that does any of these.

Other people's content

Product names, pictures, videos and creator names belong to their owners and are shown as they appear in public. HashIQ is independent: it is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Amazon or YouTube. Owners can ask for a page to be removed or corrected.

Changes to the service

HashIQ changes often; what changed is in the changelog. If we stop a paid plan, we refund the unused days.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, RayCapture LLC is not liable for lost profit or indirect loss, and its total liability to you is limited to what you paid for HashIQ in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. If you have a paid plan, we tell you by email before a change takes effect.
