“Something's wrong with this power tower.”

Script breakdown11 parts

0:00HookSomething's wrong with this power tower.
0:02DemoWhy is it so short here for my pull UPS and dips? No, I'm kidding. It is very adjustable. This is the shortest it gets. So if you don't have a lot…
0:24EvidenceNow I can do my pull UPS the much better height, not having to bend my knees too much.
0:30DemoPerfect way to build up the back at home. And then here you see the dip bars. I love that. This is a nice, long handle, so when I'm doing my dips.…

Script breakdown6 parts

0:00HookI would buy this thing all over again just to have the back supported leg raise function, let alone the pull UPS, the dips.
0:09DemoBut this is just the best way to train your ABS. Is a back supported leg raise, knee raise with support on your forearms as well. Nice handles right…
0:21ProblemAmazing way to train your ABS, and it's very hard to mimic that type of exercise anywhere but a gym.
0:27DemoAnd then we've got the dips, you've got adjustable height on the pull up. So depending on how tall you are, or if you're in a space that you don't…
