“Here's how you use a yoga strap, a stretching strap, to increase your mobility.”

Script breakdown12 parts

0:00HookHere's how you use a yoga strap, a stretching strap, to increase your mobility.
0:05DemoLet's say you can't really reach your toes. Here, take these straps, put them around your feet. Now you can pull yourself in right here.
0:13Call to actionHere. If you really don't have that great mobility, you can grab it up a lot wider here. You can also do single leg.
0:19EvidenceYou can pick that leg up. So now if I come up like this, lay on my back, I can really get an amazing stretch on my hamstrings right here.
0:27DemoLay this leg down, get your it band, get your hip involved. I mean, having a strap like this is so useful to get into better stretches. And this…
1:03ProblemI can get there cause I've got pretty good mobility, but that is hard to do. Oh yeah.
1:08DemoAnd by the way, if you ever forget about what to do here, they give you a couple different stretches. But you can also look up like YouTube videos.…
1:58EvidenceI use them in some of my yoga classes that I go to.
2:00DemoThis company, Sunny Health, they make high quality fitness health equipment.
2:05Call to actionA really good stitching. The padding on this affordable as well, if you want to go check it out. Increase your mobility. Feel good.
2:11DemoIncrease circulation, lower inflammation. We all need to work on our mobility, especially because we're sitting for longer periods at a time.
2:18Call to actionGo check this out. Very pleased with it. The link is down below.
